Agent Health Key

The clipboard form, filled out once.

Every new doctor's office hands you the same clipboard: family history, allergies, surgeries, medications. You've filled it out a dozen times, and you'll fill it out again — because nobody holds a complete, structured copy of their own health story. And when people want an AI assistant's help making sense of their health, the only option today is pasting deeply personal details into a cloud chatbot.

Status: in design — not part of the shipped app today, and no release date is promised. This page previews what we're building so you can tell us if it's the right thing. Agent Master Key today brokers API keys and connector credentials; see the home page for what ships now.

What it will be

Your health history, structured once. The universal intake form — family history, allergies, surgeries, medications, immunizations — completed one time, kept as files on your Mac.
A slice at a time, never wholesale. Grant an agent your medication list for one conversation — not your whole record. Scope is the whole point: you choose the slice, the duration, and the agent.
Receipts and a kill switch. The audit trail is planned to show exactly which parts of your record an agent was shown, and revocation is one step — the same pattern Agent Master Key uses for credentials today.
Yours to hand over. Because it's structured data in your custody, sharing with a new provider becomes handing over a copy you already have — not an hour with a clipboard.

What it will not be

Agent Health Key is planned as a place to keep your own records and control what agents see. It will not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and it is not a medical device. It's your filing cabinet with a lock you control — nothing more, and deliberately so.

Why local matters here

Health information is the clearest case there is for local-first: it's the data people least want on someone else's servers, and the data they most want an assistant's help with. Keeping the record on your Mac and brokering narrow, revocable access is how those two things stop being in conflict.
