The short version: if we disappear, the app keeps working.

This free launch includes all product capabilities — free for a limited time. The continuity pledge below preserves the rights of people who obtained access before the preview.

Your license lives on your Mac

For prior customers, the original access process contacted our service once and placed a signed entitlement on the authorized Mac. After that, the app verifies the signed entitlement locally — the same way macOS verifies a signed app — without depending on a recurring service check.

That means a lifetime license does not depend on our servers staying up:

No re-check clock. Your license never expires because your Mac was offline, our server was down, or our company went away. There is no 30-day or 45-day countdown on a lifetime license.
No recurring heartbeat. There is no recurring check-in that prior access depends on.
Local-first by design. Your connectors, agent keys, and audit trail already live on your Mac — and so does your entitlement.

What still uses the network

Only three things, and none of them can take your license away by being unreachable:

Original authorization when prior access was first established (and again after reinstalling on that same Mac).
Opportunistic freshness checks. When online, the app refreshes its signed proof and checks a small published revocation file. If either is unreachable, the app simply keeps working with what it has — it fails open, never closed.
Updates. New versions are optional. The version on your Mac keeps running regardless.

The one exception: refunds and chargebacks

The only way a lifetime license stops working is a deliberate, signed revocation — for example after a refund or chargeback. That is published as a cryptographically signed list; nobody can revoke your license by tampering with a server or a network, because your Mac only trusts revocations signed with our key.

In plain English

We think access obtained before the free launch should outlive us. If AM Accelerated LLC shut its doors tomorrow, the authorized copy of Agent Master Key on that Mac would keep working exactly as it does today.
