30-day money-back guarantee

If Agent Master Key isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to the $129 lifetime license and the $99 early-user lifetime promo.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout (and your Stripe receipt or order number if you have it). We aim to reply within one business day and to start the refund within two. The money typically returns to your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license and data

When the refund is processed, your license key is deactivated. The next time you open the app it will show License inactive and prompt you to activate a new key or contact support.
Agent Master Key is local-first: your provider keys and data live on your Mac, and a refund does not touch them. We can't delete them remotely because we never had them. To remove the app and its local data, follow the in-app uninstall guide.

After 30 days

We'll still consider refunds case by case — billing errors, a connector you bought the app for that broke and we couldn't fix, or genuine exceptional circumstances. Email us and we'll work with you.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve a refund faster than a bank dispute. If you do dispute, and you've activated and used the software, we may share evidence of use with the card network.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country (including the EU and UK). Nothing here limits those rights.
